Application and standards:
DCLH-510 Freezing Point and Pour Point Tester is designed and manufactured as per national standards GB/T3535 Pour Point and GB/T6986 Cloud Point of Petroleum Oils. Also conform to ASTMD97, ASTMD2500 and IP15, IP219 and other standards. This instrument adopts the updated compressor, advanced digital temperature controller, and unique refrigeration bath. It has good refrigeration effect, high accuracy temperature control, and uniform cold bath temperature. It is used for determining the pour point and cloud point of petroleum products in the exploration, production of oil units, related institutions, Scientific research departments, etc.

Working Conditions:
1. The instrument should be placed on a flat and firm workbench, and air convection should be minimized in the environment.
2. Please do not use or keep away from open flames during operation.
3. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place when not in use.

New Type Refrigeration Method Freezing Point and Pour Point Tester adopts bench structure, concise design and easy to use.

Features:

1.  The working table is stainless steel material. It has one temperature control and two cooling tanks. The temperatures of these two baths are the same. All cooling baths can determine freezing point and pour point.
2. It is no need to use coolant in the chamber. The cooling speed is fast and cooling efficiency is high. The minimum temperature can reach -70ºC and temperature control precision is ±1ºC.
