Product profile
KS403 Open Cup Flash Point Tester is used to detect flash point and fire point for petroleum products. The instrument adopts electric ignition method ,without any flammable gas, fully complies with the method requirements of ASTMD92 (GB3536-2008) and GB267-88. It adopts ARM series high-performance microprocessor, electric erasable memory (can store one thousand data), colorful LCD touch screen, PID self-tuning and many other latest technologies. Make the instrument have the following characteristics:
★ Very strong function. It can detect both flash point and fire point, and print the test results. It has a clock chip inside, which automatically displays the current date, time, and power-off hold.
★ High precision. The temperature error is controlled within ±1.5°C, and the resolution is 0.1°C.
★ Good repeatability. Under the condition of GB3536 (ASTM D92) or GB/T 267-88, The difference between the same sample is ≤4°C (flash point value).
★Highly automation. It can automatically complete the full process, including detection, ignition, reminding, cooling and printing.
