Product Description

I. Overview:
Lucyelec HV Test transformer (hereinafter referred to as test transformer), also known as booster, is a basic test equipment for users such as power stations, power supply and distribution systems, and scientific research institutions. It is used to conduct insulation strength tests under specified voltages on various electrical products, electrical equipment, insulation materials, etc., to assess the insulation level of the products, to discover insulation defects of the tested products, and to measure the ability to withstand voltage.

II. Working principle:
Use industrial frequency 220V (380V above 10KVA) power supply to connect to the control box (station) (for test transformer supporting equipment, please refer to the control box (station) instruction manual for details), and adjust 0-220V/380V through the auto-coupling voltage regulator The voltage is input to the primary winding of the test transformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the voltage amplitude of the same multiple - power frequency high voltage - is obtained in the secondary (high voltage) winding according to the ratio of its turns to the primary winding. This power frequency high voltage is rectified by a high voltage silicon stack and filtered by a capacitor to obtain a DC high voltage, the amplitude of which is times the effective value of the power frequency high voltage.
This series of products is divided into three categories: AC type and AC/DC dual-use type. At the same time, the one with a 200V tap can be connected into a series test transformer.
