Product Description

Application and standards:
DCLH-510G Cold Filter Plugging Point Tester including two parts: 1. Freezing Point and Pour Point Testing unit, 2. cold filter unit. It is designed and manufactured as per national standards GB/T3535 Pour Point, GB/T510 freezing Point and SH/T0248 cold filter plugging point of Petroleum products. Also conform to ASTM D97, ASTM D2386, and ASTM D6371 standards.

This instrument adopts the updated compressor, advanced digital temperature controller, and unique refrigeration bath. It has good refrigeration effect, high accuracy temperature control, and uniform cold bath temperature. It is used for determining the pour point, freezing point and cold filter plugging point of petroleum products in the exploration, production of oil units, related institutions, Scientific research departments, etc.

Working Conditions:
1. The instrument should be placed on a flat and firm workbench, and air convection should be minimized in the environment.
2. Please do not use or keep away from open flames during operation.
3. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place when not in use.

Features:

1.  The working table is stainless steel material. It has one temperature control and two cooling tanks. The temperatures of these two baths are the same. All cooling baths can determine freezing point and pour point.
2. It is no need to use coolant in the chamber. The cooling speed is fast and cooling efficiency is high. The minimum temperature can reach -70ºC and temperature control precision is ±1ºC.
